Looking for a strong cook with skills on any station. We fry chicken, and lots of it. I’ve got a live fire grill. Busy season is coming. My ideal applicant has good time management skills, thick skin, listens well, and doesn’t need tickets (we call a lot of stuff out).

Variable availability would be great, but I can also accommodate a set schedule. Weekend shifts are a must, either brunch or dinner.

If you can throw down, want to work for a local, not corporate at all, high volume place where you can do shots were your boss after work… This might be the place for you.
