We're looking for dedicated, capable cooks to join our kitchen. What You’ll Do: Prepare food from scratch using high-quality, fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients. Quickly prepare consistent, high-quality offerings of “Texas Pub Fare”. Provide exceptional customer service. Stock kitchen and food items, assist in inventory management, and aid in deliveries. Maintain kitchen, kitchen equipment, and food storage areas in sanitary and orderly condition. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. Work together in a co-operative, self-managed environment. What You’ll Need: Passion for serving local, seasonal food that shows pride in its preparation. Ability to project an outgoing, friendly, and helpful personality. Experience working in a high-volume restaurant kitchen. Basic knife skills and manual dexterity with hazardous equipment. Ability to work with others in close quarters effectively. Ability to handle & prioritize multiple demands. Ability to stand for long periods. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Flexibility in scheduling. Ability to communicate openly, honestly, and respectfully at all times. Must thrive on change, innovation, and teamwork. Ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising service or quality.
