and we would love for you to be a part of it. We are hiring for part time to full time. The main days I am looking to fill are Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, possibly Thursday. The truck is open from 4 to 11 and your shift will be from 3 to 12. Majority of your shifts will be ran solo unless it is shown that we need to add another person to a certain part of that shift. As a current employee of Copper Top, I will say that this is the best place I have ever worked, not to mention the longest I have ever stayed at one job. The owner, Rob, is an amazing person to work with. He truly cares about his employees as well as the business and maintains a good presence inside the bar. We are a small crew but we all have big personalities! Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to; -Opening (Mis en Place) and closing the truck. -Prepping items needed to be open for service. -Following all recipes and standards is a must.
