Looking for a Lead Line Cook- 4 to 5 shifts per week, mostly nights. -Closing of the kitchen, 4 nights a week minimum thu-sun - Keep up to date with the current specials and new products -Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards - Prepare, cook and present food, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards -Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times -Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent -Manage wastage through correct product measurement -Always adhere to all company policies and procedures -Rally your team during heavy shifts, resolving conflicts and getting the job done, filling in where needed -Able to Multi task and stay cool under pressure 6 month commitment Dining discounts Free shift meals 1 week vacation pay every year Competitive pay, depends on experience.
