We are looking for someone who can help with ordering, inventory control, food production, menu planning, and create fun and innovative specials. Must have quality's- time management and prioritization. Be adaptable, have clear and concise communication skills, work well under pressure and have a positive attitude. Knowledge of Aloha, Compeat, and Excel not a must, but defiantly beneficial. We are a high volume, fast-paced kitchen that is willing to cater for any number of people.
