We are looking for friendly and outgoing people to join our rock-solid team! Flexible schedules and open availability (Saturday and Sunday), TABC and Food Handlers certified a must. Must care about hospitality and creating a unique experience for guests. We are a counter-service restaurant and bar, so all staff is expected to take food orders, get out from behind the bar to check on guests, and run food when necessary.
COCKTAIL SERVERS - Must have craft cocktail and high volume experience. Must be knowledgeable about spirits and flavor profiles. Must care about hospitality and creating a unique experience for guests. Must understand the hustle of cocktailing and managing a large section. Must want to cultivate regulars and promote the restaurant and themselves through their social networks. Hourly plus tips.
EXPO - Expo must be able to communicate to the BOH and FOH, help execute the line, and run food. Hourly plus tip out.
BAR BACK - Bar Back is a flexible roll that must run food, bus tables, communicate to guests, and give general barback and cleaning duties. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Hourly plus tip out.
