Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies. Prepare food for service. Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff. Answer, report and follow Chef's instructions. Clean up station and take care of leftover food. Stock inventory. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Proven cooking skills and experience or culinary school background required. Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks and following the instructions. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively. Be able to reach, bend, stoop, lift and work in a standing position for long periods of time. Must be flexible with work schedules.
