The LINE ATX is seeking a dynamic Bartender to join our team. A successful candidate will have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Greet every guest with a smile and maintain eye contact. Must be courteous and gracious, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes adhering to the proper dress code when working Establish and maintain good communications and team work with fellow colleagues and other departments within the hotel Has full knowledge of menu items, their ingredients and preparation techniques Responsible for accurately entering orders in the POS system and in a timely manner Anticipate guest needs, including pre-bussing, re-ordering, check delivery and payments and ensure overall guest satisfaction Follows alcohol awareness procedures and policies Give a warm and pleasant farewell to guests and invites them to return Keep station clean, sets up and takes down station appropriately Take ownership of all service issues brought to your attention by guests. Read and execute specifications listed in the Banquet Event Order. Maintain an increased awareness of safety issues throughout the hotel Participate in scheduled departmental and administrative meetings as requested Adhere to all standards of operations, policies and procedures, manuals, memos and verbal instructions Be familiar with all safety and emergency procedures including OSHA requirements Compensation & Benefits

Core Competencies High-School diploma or GED required.
