Job Description: The Sous Chef in in charge of helping the banquet kitchen and from time to time help out in the line leading the cooks. The ideal candidate must have flexible availability, working AM and PM shifts and must have 1+ years of culinary management experience in a restaurant.
Must have experience managing line cooks and a banquet kitchen alike. We'd like someone with at least 2-4 years of experience and culinary knowledge. A tasting will be required during the interview process.
