$300 Signing Bonus Line Cook wanted for a new restaurant concept - $300 Signing Bonus Camp Lucy, a Texas Wine Country resort, is hiring an experienced Line Cook for its new upscale dining restaurant and bar, Tillie’s. Our focus is creating classy familiar food that is prepared in nontraditional, yet sophisticated ways. This is your chance to work alongside and learn from one of Austin’s most talented up-and-coming chefs. Executive Chef Brandon Martin has more than 20 years’ experience at several prestigious restaurants, such as Foreign & Domestic, Odd Duck, Lenoir, Barley Swine, and most recently, Old Thousand. Tillie’s will offer a rotating the menu, based on seasonality and local availability, so you will be learning, tasting, and playing with exciting new flavors and techniques every day! Tillie’s is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, with breakfast/brunch served on the weekends. Full-time employees are eligible for medical benefits as well as PTO and Holiday pay. Position is salaried & commensurate with experience Previous experience in more advanced techniques such as hydrocolloids, fermentations, and high-tech kitchen equipment.
