Responsibilities: Assists the Exec Chef in scheduling, hiring, staff management, inventory and purchasing Maintains low food costs Adheres to TLC systems and standards (but can improve upon!) Runs an organized and clean kitchen, is detailed-oriented Maintains high energy and leads by example, builds and maintains a cohesive team Has the ability to teach proper technique and skills, provides guidance for kitchen staff Willingness to learn and take direction Has knowledge of health and safety standards
