Prep cook duties include; prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc. Follow recipes to prepare bulk recipes for in-house and catering service. Prepare simple dishes such as salads, wraps etc. Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.
