I'm looking for a cook of all trades. Someone that doesn't mind getting their hands dirty. Some baking is required. (We will only use g.f. flours)) Someone that is eager to learn & can handle some responsibility & is looking to grow with the company. We are under new ownership (Primizie catering just bought us so the opportunity to work caterings is there too if desired) and are in the process of changing the menu. Currently they've been doing salads and sandwiches only. We are small and are in our slow season so right now we have 1 to 2 people in the back. We do everything that's needed to keep a kitchen going. This means dishes, trash, floors,etc.. Come spring it will get ridiculous busy & we will bring in a pair of temp. hands & a dishwasher.
